1. Start with a plank. Hold that for 30 seconds.
2. After 30 seconds, alternate raising and lowering one foot.
3. Then throw in some 30-seconds side planks, which is going to give you a little bit of a break. To do so face the left on our arm, on our right arm. focus on the oblique, arm up in the air.
4. Do the same thing to the other side for 30 seconds.
5. Go right back to the regular plank. Just be patient. This also should take 30 seconds to complete.
6. Finally, do some 30-minutes spider-man plank crunches. To do so, throw in those knees, bringing the knee to the elbow.
